Woman pumping hand in triumph Livonia Women's Self Defens
ARE YOU READY TO DEFEND YOURSELF?

"This program exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was professional and the volunteers were so helpful. I would highly recommend this program."                       Dawn R. Livonia, MI

"The course they put on is the best. You practice on real people making it realistic. You come away knowing that you have practiced and not just pretending, which will help you in any threatening situation. Everyone there is patient and genuinely wants you to come away confident, that you can handle yourself in any situation. Thank you."   Ann M, Livonia
